The problem with this is people do not like exercise so you have to make it interesting and as much of a part of your daily routine as possible.
Some people can stand 2 hrs a day in a gym, but others cannot be bothered with 10 minutes so the need to get a useful type of exercise mixed in with your daily routine can not be undervalued.
