When looking for food that will help you burn fat by satisfying your bodies needs people come unstuck. COFFEE
Yes I know coffee is not a food as such and it can be dangerous if you have too much of it, but it does help your body burn calories.
It has been proven that the caffeine in coffee can speed up your metabolism. In medical circles it is known as a metabolic enhancer. It has been shown that it can burn up to 10% more calories than when not drinking it.
It is suggested that one cup in the morning and one in the afternoon is the best way as this is then it is most unlikely to affect your sleep. You should also only add skimmed milk and leave off the sugar.
MUSTARD
With this it is best to try the hot and spicy types. It has been found that by using one teaspoon in a recipe you can temporarily speed up the metabolism by as much as 20 to 25% for several hours. The result of the increase in metabolism can help the body burn an extra 45 calories for every 700 consumed.
Mustard however is natural and totally safe unlike coffee and the drug ephedrine that however have the same type of effect.
PEPPERS
Hot and spicy chilli peppers are in the same category as hot mustard. The peppers have been proven to have the same metabolism raising properties and cause the same effects.
As you can see if you eat low calorie foods and spice them up a bit you can increase your fat burning very easily.
